Molly Maids did not do a good job and they did not do the things I asked to be done.

"I am sorry that this customer was displeased with our service, as you can see from our other ratings we take much pride in accommodating our customer's wishes. This customer insisted on a time limit, because of this we were unable to perform all the services we normally do. The time limit was paramount to her wishes and was such a small time limit for the size of her home."

Overall I was very pleased. The workers were pleasant and easy to work with. A few items were missed....some items were not dusted and the drain under the ice cube and water dispenser on the refrigerator was not cleaned. I'm sure when I tell them next time they come, these things will be taken care of. I do not feel comfortable doing a full rating after only one visit.

The ladies that cleaned my home were wonderful. They did a great job. Very nice polite and good to my two young children. The best part was the house looked beautiful and didn't smell of chemicals and cleaners but had a nice clean scent
