I called and got an appointment within the time frame needed. Was sent two very competent and efficient ladies and they did a wonderful job. I have never had my house cleaned so well. Fantastic job!!

I was quoted 3 hours when I returned from my trip i saw a receipt for 4 1/2 hours. The house was cleaned but there were many areas that were poorly cleaned. The kitchen floor appeared to have been buffed but was not mopped so there was a nice pattern of dirt! The front door was left unlocked as well. I would never use this service again.

"This cleaning occurred on 9/27/2010 and we were not contacted that the homeowner was not satisfied with the cleaning until 10/22/2010. We offer 100% satisfaction guarentee. Had we been contacted within a few days of the cleaning we would be happy to redo any areas not done well. We were contacted by the homeowner a month after the cleaning, still at that time tried to make amends, but our offer was refused. We strive to maintain a high quality service and customer satisfaction. We are sorry that this customer was unhappy with our service, but even more so that we were not given the opportunity to make amends."

At least it gave me a jump start to clean on my own. I was told it would take them 3-4 hours to clean an empty home I just purchased. Well, it took them 7 hours and cost me an outrageous 700 dollars. I still had to go back in and clean each room after them, they don't clean the base boards or doors either. The fans were still a mess as well. If you want a deep down cleaning, don't bother hiring, do it on your own. My daughter could have done a better job, I just thought it would save me some time, Oh well, guess I was wrong! Next house I buy, I'll know this!

Showed up 1 hour early, (due to a cancellation). My son left work to meet them. He told them he would agree to a 2 hour maximum. The condo was 700 sq. ft. They showed up at 1:00 instead of 2:00-4:00. They were to clean a, basically clean, empty condo with hardwood floors, no carpeting, only furniture was a couch, and 2 small chairs. I showed up after 1 1/2 hours. The floors had not been touched, nor the kitchen. I returned 1/2 hour later. They were gone. They charged over $200.00. Stove was filthy! Had not even touched it! Charge for early arrival dismissed. Horrible and expensive job! Left condo dirty!!! $charged for early arrival refunded
