Services we offer

We specialize in move in/move out cleanings, construction cleans and on-going residential house cleaning. We also offer Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning which will leave you carpets dry when we are done. It is the only method of carpet cleaning that has been approved by the EPA for removal of allergens and dust mites.

There were several instances where the contractor did not show up. There was no communication from their office and we had to call to find out what was going on. They blamed the weather which I could have understood but the phone call would have prepared us better. Their pricing is too high, They cleaned my house for $80.00 - $100 for one floor and one visit. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

The communication was very personable and timely. Molly Maids completed the initial cleaning to this point. The initial clean was done well ... but not perfect. I'm still awaiting the final tab on the initial clean. They offer a 24 hour post clean call back ... but I am not exercising that as the items missed were very minor and they probably spent alot on the wood trim and floors.

I was happy with their cleaning job. It was very thorough. We had an issue with direction and the first crew getting to my home and then wanting to stay and clean. I think this was really the fault of one individual and not the whole company. The supervisors did an excellent job of fixing everything. Overall I was happy.
