DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I cannot recommend this service for anyone looking to get their house cleaned. Molly maid cleaned my house for 7 hours over 2 days and when they were done "cleaning" the house was hardly any cleaner. It is so dirty that I had to go back and clean everything again. There are so many spots around the house that were missed or ignored. I had them do a deep clean and paid them over $700 for their services and for me to have to clean again after them is ridiculous. The end result is like they were never here. There were stains in the kitchen, under the counter, on the wall, between the cabinets, parts of the bathroom missed, and the floor is still filthy. I have never seen this level of incompetency from any kind service before.

I have used them in 2 states, used them since 1996. I appreciate Mike, he does not want the customer to go, if they are not happy he will make it as pleasant as possible to keep them, I needed to move to once a month, they wear masks and gloves and dis-infect every surface. He is really concerned that they do a good job. Very personable and willing to help.
