Hiring Molly Maid was one of the best decisions! I only wish we had hired them sooner! They have helped minimize the stress of up-keeping our house. It is so nice to come home to a clean house!

We did a one-time clean and Sabra and Vilma were excellent! They were extremely thorough and detailed. I felt like they really cared about making my house feel clean and home-y. Yup, a pricey treat, but it was totally worth it.

We were really disappointed to pay $445 (after being quoted a max of $345 for up to 2h35m, but having to approve extra time so they stayed a total of 3h35m) for 2 cleaners to do a one time deep clean on a little less than 1400 sf including 1.5 small bathrooms, 1 big kitchen, 2 short hallways, a medium sized den, and a fairly large living room. They spent almost all the first 2.5 hrs on the kitchen (cleaning the microwave and stove incredibly well, but then not even wiping off grime around doorknobs and skipping on section of counter and cabinets entirely) and 1.5 baths and did mostly a good job - excellent in places, but missed a few obvious things too. With the "extra time" they "finished" the kitchen (except for the obvious things left undone) and vacuumed, mopped, and half-ass dusted the living room and one hallway, and did some windows. They never touched the den or other short hallway at all, and didn't do the baseboards or vacuum under / around furniture in the living room despite that being a specific request. They honestly seemed to get VERY little done in the 60-90 minutes. Then all of a sudden started hurrying and complaining that they wouldn't have enough time. And then they yelled downstairs that they were leaving without letting my wife inspect any of it. My two teenagers could have done more work in less time. Really dissatisfied with the value and the inconsistency. No response from company when I complained via text with the manager who got me to approve the extra time.
