Molly Maid did a great job on my apartment for over two years.

They may have been a few minutes late but once they got here they worked straight through and did a great job.(and it was a large job) I would definitely use them again.

The cleaning crew was very thorough and worked diligently. The showed up on time and were professional. The scheduling crew was very pleasant to work with, although there was a miscommunication on the scheduling of our first meeting at the house. Otherwise, I would definitely use them again.

The problem was my own fault. I liked the cleaners and told them I trusted them to just finish the job. It was a new condo for us and the people left it filthy, I was thinking 3 hours max as there was no furniture and it is not that large! I got a call long after I would have expected them to leave to tell me they spent a lot of time on the floor. I could not believe they were still there!!! I trusted wrongly. I would never have expected them to spend that much time on the floor. I would have worked on it myself. I just wanted to take care of the basic dirt. There were many obvious dirty crevices on the cupboard fronts. I was disappointed.

Brenda and her staff were very accommodating, timely and friendly. I arranged this house cleaning for my sister, who hosts our family's Christmas party every year. The house as beautiful and my sister and brother-in-law were able to spend the weekend before the holiday with my nieces getting "revved up" for the seasonal celebration. Thank you SO MUCH!! I called about a week before and my needs were accommodated. Will plan to contact Brenda again for next year!

Working with an unusual circumstance such as mine they provided excellent service, always doing what they promised, and communicated with me every step of the way. Overall, they did a decent job. They missed spots like closets (found lots of dust on floor)and between frig and cabinets (cobwebs found).

Highly recommended. Brenda is very professional and her staff did an excellent job. The price is a bit higher than my last service, but you get what you pay for, and her service is worth every penny!!!!!

They did an excellent job. I was very impressed. THey went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. They were there a little longer than I originally paid for but it was well worth it in the end. I would recommend them highly.
