Merry Maids of Rockville did any excellent job. The owner himself called me up to apologize for a computer-foul-up and made things right. When his employees (2) showed up, they were happy with their boss, had excellent positive attitudes with amazing work ethics and completed a move out cleanup with ease. I am so pleased with the work AND customer service from all involved, I will definitely hire them again. Of note, recommend calling Merry Maids Rockville directly, as the 1800 number clearing house computer system took a bunch of information and clearly did not transfer it to their local franchise.

I requested an afternoon time, and they showed up at 10am. They completely neglected the office. There were hairballs left. They said it was impossible to clean under the bed. It took 2 and a half hours to clean 860 square feet the first time.
