Molly Maid of North Dakota County

I have been using Molly Maid for over a year and have been happy with their service. They do a great job of dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the house in general. I recently got a dog that sheds white hair all over the place. They have continued to do a great job cleaning even with the dog.

Good service

They were supposed to arrive at 3:30 and didn't show until 5pm. I was sick that day and would have like to take a short nap as I had a meeting that evening. Their tardiness prevented me from doing that. Then they were here over the dinner hour and I couldn't get into the kitchen to fix dinner, so we had to order in. Also, they broke a shelf in the bathroom. The nice lady did show it to me. It was an accident. But I did not hear from the owner as to replacement of the glass or to check on the work. The cleaners were very nice and pleasant. They did a nice job on everything but the pergo floor.

The workers were very efficient and completed the work quickly. I was a bit disappointed with the kitchen floor and one toilet, but I know that I had a big initial job for them. I have signed up for ongoing service, so overall, I was quite pleased.

Very thorough, professional and pleasant to deal with!

Currently waiting for a "do over." Initial clean was unsatisfactory, but Jeff (owner) has stated that they would come out, look through and see what they can do. I really do think this is a major improvement considering I was very upset with the initial clean.

Had to reschedule the original estimate, however, the estimate was very detailed and clear. Went over and reviewed the cleaning that had been done. Happy with the service.

Overall they did a very good job. Jeff, the owner was very honest and straight forward as to what was and was not included in the cleaning. They did miss a few items such as dusting the wood work, a detailed kitchen floor cleaning and a few other things, however the good outweighed the bad. I plan on calling them back tomorrow to have them come back and take care of the things they missed.

Could have checked in after job was done to see it there was anything else. Otherwise good work.

Molly Maid of North Dakota County just came yesterday. They are very thorough, and are always very polite. I've been very impressed with the service.

Not as thorough as I would do in vacuuming and cleaning floors, but pretty good on kitchen counters, and other places I don't like to dust or clean around.

Jeff from Molly Maid, made an appt to come out to my house to give me an estimate. He was very persoanlble and offered me a fair cost. Another contractor called and gave me an estimate over the phone, which was $40 higher than Molly Maid. Never heard from the other referred company.
