The teams of two women were professional, fast, and dedicated... they didn't stop; very hard workers. There was more work than time originally allotted; they knew where they were time-wise and asked if I wanted to authorize more time, before proceeding, rather than just keep going and 'surprise' me with more of a bill a the end. They did a great job.

I didn't know my house could be this clean. I hired Molly Maid because my sister is coming to visit, and I thought I would get the dust off the bookshelves. The women worked for 4 hours solid in my house. I was sitting outside, and could hear the scrubbing, vacuuming, polishing, and dusting. They were very motivated to do a good job, and asked me several times if I were happy. The house is so clean, I have a bit of a problem stepping inside now, like I don't want to mess it up. It just looks completely different. It's like living in a new house.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Needed a top to bottom clean of my two story townhouse for the arriival of my baby. Thought that was what I was getting and boy was I wrong! A two person crew came for 2 1/2 hours for $200 and lazily wiped stuff down. I have three bathrooms, and only two were cleaned. And the toilet in the upstairs was not cleaned well at all. If I didnt have a huge 9 month pregnant belly at the time, could have done a waaay better job. And they call themselves professionals! Ha! I would not recommend this service to anyone.

The place required a lot of attention and we respectfully contacted customer for an additional 30 mins over the estimated 2.0 hours as the team could not complete the clean. Molly Maid always honor our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee policy and unfortunately we did not hear of any issues. We would have been happy to perform a re-clean on any areas if it did not meet the expectation of the customer. At Molly Maid we take customer service very seriously and great pride in providing reliable and professional home cleaning to our clients. We are sorry we did not hear from you."
