We have been extremely satisfied with our Molly Maids team, Liliana & Angelica. They are thorough, do a great job, and are friendly and kind. 😊 The office staff is good too, very communicative and flexible for rescheduling. Highly recommend!

The team that came out on April 16th was amazing. They did such a great job. I want to have them again. They asked questions if they weren’t sure about what needed to be done and made sure that I was happy.

For the last cleaning the bathroom in the lower level of the house was not cleaned. Usually the ladies do an excellent job, but I have a guest staying with me, and the guest had to clean the bathroom himself. Disappointing.

We have used Molly Maids for years, and we appreciate all the girls that have cleaned our home! Currently, Angelika and Liliana have been the ones here for the last few years. They treat our home and belongings with love and respect. We love and cherish them and feel like they bless our home!! They feel like part of our family!

When my children were young, I used their services on a regular basis. That's how I knew who to call. The ladies were on time...we chatted for a few minutes on what I wanted done, they came with all the supplies and equipment. I had set up an appointment to get my upholstery cleaned, but they cleaned and freshened it up so well I cancelled it. They were very thorough and 2 hours later, the place was shining like new money! We will definitely us them again.

I was extremely happy with every aspect of the service.

I had them do a move out cleaning of a home that was already pretty clean. They did not do a professional job -- nothing beyond what I could've done myself in a few hours. The women also were unable to reach certain areas and were not prepared with a step-stool or anything. I had to call the manager and have him come to the site to get them to clean these areas. He was apologetic, but it shouldn't have come to that. I thought they did a $50 cleaning job and charged much more. The owner offered a future discount on cleaning the new home I was moving into, but I would never use their services again.

I feel like the "team could have done a better job! I found lots of things that needed more attention to detail. I wouldn't mind them coming back and geting everything right considering the price I paid.

The only thing I didn't like was the 2-hr window. They arrived at the end of the window, seems to me they could narrow down this window. Anyway they did a great job cleaning the house, I was very satisfied with that.

The supervisor comes the first visit and makes sure job duties are understood and makes the customer feel very valued. People are friendly.

Three polite, hard-working women tackled some dirty spots in a rental property, and when bleach left a stain on the tub, immediately contacted me, returning to the property twice until they fixed the problem.

Major cleaning of bedrooms and bathroom was done well. However, there were a few things that I was explicitly told would be done that were not: cupboard fronts not wiped, under couches not vacuumed, counters and dining table not cleaned adequately, entry way floor not cleaned, some picture frames not dusted. I have told this to Molly Maid and have scheduled another cleaning to see if they do better next time. I will update the rating when they do this.

I wanted a move-out cleaning that was fairly simple to a 1400 sq. ft. house. I was disappointed that it took 3 hours to do the cleaning as the house was empty and left relatively clean when I left it. There were no windows involved and the bathrooms had not been used much when the house was for sale. I did not live in the house during that time. The kitchen, too, was not dirty. The floors were mostly hardwood and just needed regular sweeping or cleaning. So, I don't really understand why it would take that long for a cleaning. I couldn't be home to supervise their time but I do feel it was about a 2-hour project at the most.

Highly recommend for professional response and follow through.

I was quoted one price over the phone and the final bill was higher. I actually have not seen the results, but those who are taking care of my house say it looks great.

Molly Maid is coming out next week. I will update when they do the work.
