Cleaning staff were not on task, much talking, complaints of the work load. Cleaning was fair, broken statue noticed after they left without any notification. Manager states "yes I have problems, they are not type A workers."

They did a through job: cleaned everything. The only thing i didn't like was the smell left from their cleaning solution; not a plesant odor.

Molly Maids did an excellent job! They even cleaned things that I didn't ask them to clean and didn't charge me extra. The cost is actually pretty reasonable if you have monthly cleanings but a bit more expensive if it's just a periodic cleaning. I will definelty have them come to clean again!

after promising to clean for 100, tried charging me 210, and after wasting hours of my time "agreed to compromise at 160!

"This customer changed the scoop of work from the estimate we gave him. We told him we would have to bill him an hourly rate for the work that HE added on. He said ok. But when it came time to pay for it he refused to pay. We tried to help by lowering the added on cleaning cost but he refused to pay. We have always worked with our customers. As you can see by our rating our customers are pleased."

They did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment I was moving out of. I was only expecting them to clean the kitchen, bathroom, and then maybe one other room in an hour, and they got the whole apartment except my dinning room cleaned in an hour! And it looked wonderful! Thank you Molly Maid!

They did a good job but missed cleaning the top of the fridge, high dusting in the upstairs stairwell and wiping down the desk of a sticky spill. The stairs looked great!

I am remodeling my house and they do an awesome job cleaning. I take care of a large bank facility and they are far superior to what we use. Friendly, professional, very efficient and on time. They always leave a nice note when the job is done and they do all of this without any supervision from me. If you use them, I bet that you will be like me and tip them for their outstanding service at a competitive price.

They responded the same day I got their information as a suggested business. They were able to accomodate my schedule. They came to my house and gave me an estimate that was extremely close to the actual time/amt. Their cleaners were very nice and did an excellent job. I would certainly use them again if the need arose.
