I have never used a cleaning service before, perhaps I didn't research correctly. I expected blinds and floorboards to be dusted. The 2500 square foot house was 75% empty and it still took 4 hours to clean when the estimate was 2 to 4 hours for a house this size. The bathrooms and kitchen were good, but the remaining parts of the house needed more cleaning after they were "finished." . The people who dry extracted the carpet however were great, but I would never use a cleaning service again. I can do a much better job myself in less time, not to mention less money.

Molly Maids were excellent. The company's representative came to my house at 7:30 am to provide an cost estimate and schedule service. She was on-time and professional. We scheduled our first cleaning for a week later and the same representative called with a reminder the day prior and updated arrival times on the day of service. The Molly Maids arrived on time and quickly went to work. The quality of work was best in the bathrooms and kitchen and all work was inspected by a supervisor. The price of the service was higher than expected, but convenience of scheduling and professionalism makes the price worthwhile.
