Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning Service
I had a sectional couch with partial down fill inside the seat and back cushions, and was a bit nervous about using a commercial cleaning service. When I called Molly's Carpet, I was reassured about the eco-friendly products that would be used and the fact that the company would check with the manufacturer about the best way to clean the cushions without effecting the down. Kevin was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were VERY pleased with the outcome and will definitely use Molly's Carpets again!

I was in a huge pinch and out of town company was coming in. I contacted Home Advisor and received the contact with Molly's carpet and upholstery cleaners. I received a call immediately that same day and Kevin fit me in ASAP due to my circumstances. My large room area carpets needed to be cleaned and some upholstered kitty perches. I even asked if he could do #2 recliners on a last minute request. He brought help and worked straight through and accomplished all of my requests. The carpets came like new and the furniture pieces were entirely freshened up. My one concern was one guest maybe having allergies to kitty dander and he took care of it all. She has not had one problem. He and his team were fun and so courteous and genuinely working extra hard to help me. I would recommend this company and all of their services with high regards. I also felt that his prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. I was extremely pleased. Thank you Kevin and all of your helpers and Home Advisor. Person whop came was early and very friendly. However, I think a better job should have been done on the tough stains on the cushions for the price charged. Probably needed a different/stronger cleaning solution.

"you never mentioned to us the couch/sectional was leather. The price charged was very conservative for the type of job that needed to be completed. A leather sectional should be 1.5-2 times more expensive. As my employee stated to you and I did over the phone, we have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed on our work. If you were not satisfied, we would have come back and redone the work. if you still weren't satisfied, the other arrangements would have been made. I viewed the before and after pictures and I think you were looking for a miracle to have you leather restored. I think maybe you should look to have the leather dyed at this point."

I had upholstered chairs cleaned by Bob and he did a great job. He asked if they were to my liking and I asked him to clean the two chairs that I thought needed some more cleaning and he did. They came out better. He also stated if I wanted them to come out again if I saw any chairs that may have needed a second go, to call and they would come out again to do them over. The price was right and I would hire them again. Bob was a joy to have come and do the service, very personable, kind, and made you feel comfortable. He was good with my dog Acorn, so that was a plus too.

Kevin and bob were prompt, professional, friendly, and cleaned our carpets with competence and care. Kevin even took a substantial amount off the price because he could not totally remove a rather large coffee stain. I can barely see it now, so was quite impressed with his decision. I would certainly recommend this hard-working Irish company to anyone who needs their services.

Kevin was very responsive. He returned my call quickly and was on time the day of the appointment. He and Bob were very thorough and because my carpets had not been cleaned in 15 years offered to come back and do another pass if they dried with any streaks. Many times service providers say things like this but when you reach out they let you know that they are not happy to hear from you. Not the case with the Molly's team. They came in and did another pass and while the carpets looked, felt and smelled great the first time they were here, they managed to make them even better and did so while making me feel they were genuinely happy to do it. I would highly recommend this local company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. I would highly recommend this local business

Kevin and his father were very pleasant and went right to work upon arrival. They were available to come a little earlier than planned so Kevin called to see if they could come sooner. We agreed on an earlier time. They arrived on-time and worked very quickly.They did good work and I was very satisfied with the results.

I was looking for a carpet cleaning company as a birthday gift for my 80 yr old mother who lives 2 1/2 hrs away. Out of the four companies I contacted, Mollys Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning were the only ones who got back to me & fast. I talked with Kevin Rooney who put all my worries to rest, he was professional & patient with each of my questions & his rates were very reasonable. He took great care of my mom & made her feel comfortable. She called me immediately to say how happy she was and couldn't get over what an excellent job they did .If you don't know what gift to give your parents call Mollys Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning ,my mom has had a smile from ear to ear for days.

They did a great job cleaning all the carpets in our condo, They provided us with an odor eliminator which was required by our landlord at no extra cost. We were quoted a price and paid that price no surprise charges. They were very friendly, on time and worked with us to fit our schedule. Thanks again! Great job

I was surprised at the quick response, as it was hard finding others to not only answer a call in person but to return an inquiry.The rugs are more than 16 years old and had a few wear spots, but after watching the hard and quality work being done,I must say that the rugs looked a 100% better. Would definitely not hesitate to recall Molly's carpet cleaning again in the future and would highly recommend them.Thanks for a great job.

Never hired a carpet cleaner before but heard horror stories about others. Kevin and his helper were AMAZING. It was a tough job, 15 year old carpeting in the apartment of a smoker. When they were done, the place looking unbelievably great. Very courteous, communicated well, on time, available quickly, and much less expensive than I thought it would be. I can't say enough about Kevin and his carpet cleaning know how.. I took business cards to tell my family and friends, and I'll definitely use him again.
