It's been a month since I've signed a contract with them but so far have not heard a word. Telephone calls are a nightmare of blockage, empty promises. I'm really upset and can't figure out what to do next.

Im not sure how this so called company has such high reviews. Of course they havent done any work for me. Instead they submitted a certificate of completion to their finance company, which the sales person explicitly told me was needed to complete the financing application but would not be sent in until the job was complete. I was surprised when I got notified a payment was due before any work was done. After multiple attempts to resolve the situation with both momentum and the financing company, I have come to the conclusion this is a scam to get paid for not doing any work.
