This company was going to do a small concrete driveway job. The job was canceled due to not having the correct equipment to do the job and not having a crew. $2500 was given up front for materials. The owner Rocky worked 1 day, and I asked for my money back minus the cost of equipment rental and his 1 day of work, and Rocky refused to return my $2500. BEWARE OF GIVING UP FRONT MONEY TO THIS INDIVIDUAL!!!!! HE IS VERY NICE AND BELIEVABLE, PROMISING YOU THE BEST WORK BEWARE!! And yes I signed his contract, but that's just his way of making you think he has a legit company. BEWARE!!

Does not give you an itemized list when giving you a price so you are just letting him free ball the project. Layed brand new waterproof vinyl flooring and there are gaps everywhere where they did not click it in together. The cut pieces have chips all over the top surface. And they NAILED down the interlocking floor which ruined its waterproofness. Had to completely remove the new floor and buy completely new flooring. Broke my water heater while trying to install linoleum flooring and flooded the utility room after not shutting the water off. Then after everything is in need of fixing his screw-ups, he claims every other day he is going to show up and to no surprise he never shows up, after two weeks of no progress we decided his service was no longer needed. BEWARE EVERYONE

Contractor was never on the job when he stated he would be there no progress within a week and a half, contractor started to paint the trim the wrong color when the correct paint was provided. I gave very clear instructions on what to paint certain colors and contractor agreed prior to starting job. Contractor left trash everywhere, contractor had multiple containers of alcohol on the job site and he was very unprofessional when speaking to me when I told him I was very unsatisfied. Over all my property looks much worse now then when Momma's Little Handyman started.

"For one you had me replacing sheetrock and fixing holes but I've been saying anytime you do sheetrock it is time to me but when I run into the issue of the bathroom wall being so right so much mold and mildew in it I was not going to move forward and putting my name on something that somebody wants to cover it up you would want me to cover up over rotten wald that had mold and mildew in it and that therefore I am not going to do that is not right and two they were nothing painted yet it was killed because you wanted me to kill everything in there before I painted it they would not wanting open you was wanting me to do."

Rocky is a very hard worker and very detailed. He cleaned my gutters and at the last minute I asked him to take care of my lawn and he jumped in and took care of it. I can't tell how the gutters look but I can say if he did them as well as my yard they are spotless. My lawn has never looked so good. I will be hiring him again for many different tasks.
