She forgot her step ladder so could not reach top of windows even though I let her use my ladder. I had to redo all windows. Some she did not even do although she said she did. Top rail of half wall around living room not done although she said it was. I had to finish it. Laminate wood floors were left streaked so had to redo them. Railing between kitchen/family room only partially done. I had to finish. Stainless steel appliances smeared. Had to redo them. Bathrooms and kitchen cabinets were done very well. Did not do the fan in upstairs bedroom. This job was a deep clean to prepare house for sale. At a quick glance when worker was done it looked good but upon closer inspection I saw things incomplete and Not worth the money I spent since I had to redo many things. Very disappointed and not appreciated being lied to.

Stay away! Dishonest and she says she did things but did NOT! She is a walking health hazard as I thought she was going to have a heart attack while she was working! She PROMISED the whole house SPARKLING CLEAN and did not even do minor dusting. NOR finished the whole house ! Very Dishonest!

"The house was infested with mice and rats. Walls were black and full of dog slime. Cat poop up stairs in all bedrooms. She had a cardboard doors. We hold out a x-large dumpster of furniture and garbage. Carpet was full of holes and bugs. I washed walls and cupboards and windows, and floors. She was to busy smoking pot and drinking to know what we did. We work for 16 hours in that house."

She was a very fast worker and cleaned twice as much as my last cleaner did. Cleaned things I hadn t even noticed needed cleaning, but that did. When she could, was very friendly to talk to. I have had three other cleaners at my house and I want to say, Mary is a cleaner you want coming back. Have no complaints about her, only praise.
