I asked for windows, floors, floor boards, and bathroom rooms. They didn?t move furniture or small items to clean under them- rather they cleaned around them. There was still dirt and debris near floor boards in kitchen. The master shower was not cleaned properly nor the toilet area. Dirt and dog hair remained.

The house was not cleaned. I was lied to. The cleaner that came into my house did absolutely nothing for 8 hours. I feel scammed and the reaction from the owner I feel gaslighted as all they would offer me is a discount on my next cleaning. Which for obvious reasons I do not want anything to do with their business and i want my money refunded.
