Avoid these contractors. Their work is sloppy. We needed a wood stove chimney pipe installed and they did not seal the chimney hole in the roof. Or if they did, the cheap stuff they used opened up immediately. Water leaked everywhere, causing a lot of water damage to our walls and basement. I spent a night emptying buckets of water. Mike told me just to put towels and buckets around the chimney, and he would come when his schedule allowed. Now the walls are buckling with water. When I asked them to fix the problem, Mikes attitude was ridiculously unprofessional: insults, sneers, trying to blame me for the problem. Needless to say, they never showed up to try to help. With incredible luck, we found a real pro who solved the water leaking problem in about an hour. He was horrified by what he saw. I suspect that these guys are scammers.

This business Monadnock Chimney, LLC is a scam and fraud. We hired them to install a wood stove chimney/pipe. Mike came to give an estimate, took the money, and did not reply promptly as he promised. Later he said that we begging him. All conversations were recorded on text messages he sent to us with insults and mockery. They are unprofessional on every level. The installation was faulty causing water leaks all over damaging the ceiling and walls which need to be open and dry. They refused to fix faulty installation replying with insults and mockery. Do not allow this business, technician Mike, to come near your property. Very disrespectful people. Do yourself a favor do not hire them to avoid a disaster. Please read other negative reviews because they are really about this business.

They showed up on time, worked quickly, and efficiently and were very thorough. They even gave us recommendations for future care of our chimney complete with multiple options, and estimates for cost and lifespan. We had a great experience and will definitely use them in the future!

i needed some chimney repair .specifically grout repair and also i needed a waterproofing as i had been about 5 years or more since my last application , Paul was great quick and responsive , the price was very competitive also and he could do the job within a few days which was great as the other quotes i had received were going to take some time , i would recommend him I did read some negative comments but that was not the Paul i had met ,i don't get it ?

We needed our chimney cleaned and Mike was very efficient and detail oriented. He made recommendations to help our wood stove run more efficiently. Excellent price, great value.

Great price, great service, honest and on schedule. Mike even recommended a few things that could be an issue in the future and it was not to sell me on services I did not need. He showed me that my chimney lining was starting to peel and said I should keep an eye on it. Will definitely use him again for future work.
