Nick Monahan contacted me within a day to give me an estimate. We had our deck power washed, any fungus removed , stained (2 coats)... He kept me advised as to what was happening due to weather conditions... I highly recommend Monahans. I WILL use them again. The price was very reasonable. He did a great job. We are very happy with the job done, the price and the friendly service we received. Nick knew what he was doing and did not waste time getting it done.

Nick was great. Was able to complete all of the work in a VERY neat professional manner. He was able to match and blend into some of our exist paint colors. His pricing was very competitive and will use and recommend him for all of my future painting projects

disappointed he couldn't remove wallpaper as that. was my primary reason for hiring him. said he could paint over paper but removing would be cost and time constraining.I agreed and he proceeded to paint over wallpaper.I think he did an excellent job but he forgot I wanted upstairs hallway painted so he has to come back
