This Gentleman was amazing from Beginning to the very End. With his years of experience, and definite know how, my personal experience was met with SUCCESS!! My property was in a 1% Flood Zone that costed me $$$$ every year. With his help with land surveying, filling out proper documentation, sending to appropriate Government Offices, *SENDING Additional documentation to finish my claim,.. I was able to Terminate FEMA's need for Flood Ins!! Please Note.. I contacted 4 other Surveyors. He was the most knowledgeable, Fairly Priced & Completed his Job within a timely manner. Another words, if you want it done right the first time, Hire MONCRIEF LAND SURVEYING!!

Although Mr. Moncrief answered my concerns when present at site, he was not prepared to provide plot plan for fence based on survey he had performed and insisted to come back and re-do same survey and charge full price that he usually charges for fence related survey. Where as when I spoke with another pro (recommended by homeadvisor), he explained me how I can put a plot plan together for fence without any additional out of pocket cost.

Bob was professional, courteous, and did a thorough job. He took his time and was helpful in answering any questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone needing an in depth property survey.

Bob is a hard worker he triple checks his work, He did not stop until the job was done, He did every thing agreed to, He likes wawa coffee and the chef salad.
