I have used this company since 2018 for various jobs and they have never let me down. Always prompt, professional, friendly and happy to answer all my questions. Mike, Wes, Jerry and others (whose names elude me), all have been great to work with.

I was having a problem with the sewer line draining, Cory Bohannon was the technician that came out. He was amazing, he carefully checked everything to find the problem, he explained what he was going to do, and kept me informed along the way. I was very impressed with his knowledge, and let me tell you he worked his butt off. If I have any problems with drains in the future, I will make sure I call the drain company, and ask for Corey!

Monkey Wrench brought new hope that service organizations do understand, do care, are dedicated to doing excellent work and at a very competitive cost. On time, on budget and going beyond , Thankyou Mike, Jerry and all who helped fix our problem.

They replaced a main water line at my house. Were are very satisfied with this company and workmanship. They are really easy to work with. Their staff is AMAZING!!!! I highly reccomend this company!!!!

Short version- these guys are awesome. Stop looking and go with them. Jason and Gentry came to our place to install a hose bib outside. The price was great and they were able to schedule us a quickly. After starting work for a bit, though, they realized they had made a mistake in starting a way that wouldnâ t be possibleâ our hose was going to be a lot more challenging than we thought. They immediately showed me what had happened, and since a hole had already been cut, didnâ t spend a moment trying to tell me it would cost me more, looking to cut corners to finish things quickly, trying to cancel, etc. Instead, they apologized for not noticing the issue, cancelled their other appointment today, and spent half the day at my house getting things right (and getting pretty creative at how to get it done). In the end, there was a hole in the drywall that had needed to be opened. They said they wanted to take responsibility for that and would be hiring a company to come out and perfectly level and patch it rather than them doing it themselves or making me sort it out, knowing it might not quite look perfect. And in the end, they didnâ t charge me a dime more than their estimate. Iâ ll only call these guys from here out. Highly recommended!

I am so happy to have discovered Monkey Wrench Plumbers. They are always friendly, professional, and courteous. They are also very careful to wear masks and shoe covers which is very much appreciated. The work they do is genuinely above and beyond, and I am very happy knowing they arenâ t going to gouge me on price or suggest work that isnâ t really needed. These guys are truly the best. Shoutout to Jeremy and Gentry for their outstanding work fixing a cracked pipe.

Re-Piped Home. Fair & Square, No Pressure Tactics, Pride & Craftsmanship Evident. Essentially, replaced defective incoming pipe installed by original contractor/developer.

Jerry and Mike were beyond helpful and very friendly and professional. I would recommend these guys to my own friends and family. They went above and beyond what we expected for a very affordable price.

Jason and his partner Gentri were friendly and really knew what they were doing. Because our pipes were leaking, they rearranged their schedule to do our job quickly. They were very cheerful and efficient at getting the job done. They explained what they were doing well. They had to pull out a cabinet to do the work, but they reinstalled it and grouted the seam beautifully. Jason even gave us some free advice on our water heater. I would highly recommend Jason and Monkey Wrench.

I would like to have an invoice itemized by parts and labor separately. Instead, it was itemized by phase of job. Not as informative. So deduct 1/2 star. Nevertheless, technician called before arrival as promised, arrived on time, wore mask and booties, explained what the problem was, what had to be done to fix it, prepared cost estimate before work, and finished in time. He left no debris after his work. All together a pleasant and professional experience. Would definitely hire again for additional plumbing work if needed.

This review is for Monkey Wrench Plumbing whom we have dealt with in the last few months twice, the first for a bathroom renovation and the second for replacing our water heater. Both of these experiences, one a larger project and the other a smaller one, were pleasant with excellent results â ¦this is what impressed us: 1. From the time we first contacted the Monkey Wrench crew, my wife and I were impressed with their professionalism and courteous manner. 2. They cleaned up after themselves. 3. They were competitive with their rates and werenâ t afraid to make helpful recommendations, and go the extra mile without nickel and diming us into the poorhouse. 4. They worked hard and quickly, without being sloppy or doing shoddy work. 5. They showed up when they said they would, giving us notice they were coming before they arrived. 6. They are honest in their dealings with us. 7. They even sang a song or two for usâ ¦..just kidding. No singing, but they importantly did give us the distinct impression they were happy in their work and wanted to please us. We highly recommend them for plumbing jobs, large or small.

These guys are awesome! They relit my pilot light on my water heater after having multiple people and attempts. They arrived on a last minute call and solved the problem quickly. When I tried to pay them they said no charge because it was a simple and quick fix! Other competitors wanted to charge $89! We will definitely call them again. Thanks Monkey Wrench!

These guys are awesome! Very respectful of my house with booties and face masks. They showed up on time, did what they said they would, and treated me very courteously throughout. They also answered the phone in person and had a quick response time. Big bonus points!

I hired Monkey Wrench for a few jobs in my new townhome. I had them install a pressure release valve, install a new pipe for my dryer, service my furnace, replace two toilets, and fix a leak on my outdoor hose spigot. They explained the work clearly and made sure I understood my options. They were communicative with scheduling and fit in the critical jobs that affected my neighbors' water when some of the work needed to be rescheduled. Quality and honest work, definitely will book them for my future plumbing needs.

Mike and Paul did a great job. They were respectful of my property and my comfort. I felt that they listened and gave me good value. They cleaned up carefully. They are friendly and polite. This is a company that I feel good about recommending to others. I showed their work to another and they said that it was done well. And my dog lied them so she said to give them a good review.

If you're like me, you've found it difficult to get even a call back when you need some work done on your home. Wes with monkey wrench plumbing not only answered my calls, but always kept good communication and answered my questions. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need or want, treated my home as if it was his, and did superb work. I can not recommend monkey wrench highly enough and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

Our home had been experiencing slowly deteriorating water pressure, to the point of serious concern. Wes arrived from Monkey Wrench, and did a fantastic job for us. He first diagnosed the problem as a bad pressure regulator valve (symptoms definitely pointed in that direction), and he replaced that valve. The problem persisted, and ultimately was correctly diagnosed as a bad "head" on our water softener. Wes apologized for the mis-diagnosis, and refused to charge us for the pressure regulator valve change-out. With our O.K. to proceed, Wes returned in a few days and changed out our water softener, adjusted input pressure and fully resolved our problem. Wes was friendly, professional, fair and prompt with the entire process. It's important to note that he did not pressure us, or try to hurry our decision. I highly recommend Monkey Wrench for household plumbing needs that exceed the homeowners capabilities/comfort zone. It's been a long time since I've experienced a pleasant experience when working with the "trades" out there.

Our main water line broke on a week-end. Wes picked up the phone on the Saturday afternoon, came to our house within an hour and his team got to work on the Sunday morning. 2 days later, they were done replacing the whole line and they also made sure the place was clean and tidy. Honest, friendly reactive, pro: perfect combination!
