I was desperate with an infestation, Found Monmouth Pest Control on Google. It must have been my lucky day, they send this guy Roger he was completely knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do. He took care of everything in no time and the price was very reasonable. Very honest company!

Roger has been nothing short of amazing. Despite it being late in the evening, he answered my call right away and immediately put my mind at ease. He showed up first thing the next morning to address a mouse issue in our home and was thorough, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Monmouth Pest Control. During a stressful raccoon issue in my attic, they were the only company that truly delivered on what they advertised. When they say they answer calls until 11 p.m., they actually mean it — I called late at night and a real person picked up immediately. While other large companies either didn’t answer or pushed appointments out several days, Monmouth Pest Control had someone at my home first thing the next morning. Steve, the technician, was exceptional — knowledgeable, practical, insightful, and extremely efficient. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and resolved the problem without unnecessary upselling or inflated pricing. Responsive, honest, professional, and very reasonably priced. It’s refreshing to find a dependable local company that genuinely cares about service. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a pest or wildlife issue.

I cannot say enough good about the Monmouth Pest Control crew. Due to some unforeseen circumstances in closing on our new home, we inherited a severe pest issue in our attic space. Roger, Steven, and Jose were unbelievable in executing a 2 week long remediation process - they were so thorough and handled every curveball swiftly. Beyond grateful for them!!

I took preventative pest control service for various insects and carpenter ants. He injected ants jel ,sprayed pest control solution everywhere. Inside and outside. Treated carpenter ants and also kept ant baits. I liked his service.He patiently answered all my questions,also this is covered until next season.

Was not on site to see his work, but he took care of the matter immediately.

Roger, the owner, called minutes after I submitted my estimate request for carpenter ant treatment late last night. We scheduled an evaluation for this evening after I got home from work. Roger called to let me know he was in traffic but on his way to our scheduled time. He is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he was ready to do the treatment. After a thorough explanation of what I needed done to rid my home of carpenter ants, Roger treated inside and outside my home. He went above and beyond to make sure every possible inch was covered. Roger finished up in under an hour! It was such a pleasure having Roger treatment my home. I feel reassured and comfortable with the work that was done and with the guarantee he extended. It was like hanging out with on old friend which is especially important for a single woman living on her own. Without a doubt, I will call Mnmouth Pest Control for any future needs. Great no nonsense company. Came and took care of hornet's nest promptly and for great price. Only company that didn't waste my time trying to sell me a service contract and that was appreciated.

He handled the extermination of carpenter bees right away where he could reach the problem and had his associate complete the rest of the work the very next day. He was very professional.
