First class service! Max and his team were professional, punctual, and extremely responsive. They communicated with us throughout the entire project. They answered all our questions, and we had tons of them. The pricing was very fair. The overall result of the work exceeded our expectations. I canâ t wait to call them back for other projects.

Our only real complaint was the repeated delays, some a product of permit delays. What was really great about them is their return to touch up some small detail, not noticed in the final punch list.

The original contract was signed and submitted by a Sales Manager, who quit the company before work order was started. - A Project manager tried to obtain a work order modification, and extract additional money, after original order was signed. - I declined, and requested an immediate refund, but they kept my deposit. - After emails back and forth Robert Pokola wrote an email that they will issue a refund check after 90 days of receipt. - 90 days have passed and no check as of yet. ($6,000.00) - According to Bob Pokola they are having financial troubles. - I believe they have acted disgracefully, without ethics, and against the law. I demand a full refund of my deposit. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE
Response from Monolith Property Construction, LLC
"Mrs. Jeannet R. [Consumer name withheld at their request] after the sales manager made the contract with you 6 months went by and then we spoke about staring any work I told you he made a mistake with work that needed to be done, I didn't start the job then tell you that. I have a signed contract with your signature that you approve the extra charges that needed to be done to start and complete the job never once did I start the job and then tell you their additional charges you agreed. You never called me back and said can we speak, I didn't understand the charges, you got a lawyer. Why? I don't know."

The kitchen looks great. The tile work in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and dressing room is unbelievable. A great professional job.

Bobby and Max were true to their word and contract. They dealt with all the city documentation, were punctual and kept us updated. Would recommend them and would use them for future projects. Beth H
