She was fast, on time and very through.

I hired this company weeks in advance and the company was fully aware that I lived on base. The crew get to the base and is not allowed access to the base because everyone in the car to include the driver did not have a license to drive the vehicle on base. Mr. Monroe asked if we could reschedule I declined as my move out inspection with housing was the next morning. Mr. Monroe stated he will refund my $150 deposit and I have yet to receive my deposit back and there was no service provided by this company. If you live on a military installation, I would not recommend this company, they will not be able to access the base and you will not receive your money back once paid.

I specified that I wanted to hire a company to perform a deep cleaning of my entire house - all windows, blinds, ceiling fans, bathrooms - everything - cleaned. The windows were not cleaned and only some of the ceiling fans were cleaned. The glass shower doors in the master were not touched nor was the tub in the hall bathroom. As far as dusting, the items on top of the furniture were not picked up only pushed to the back of the furniture along with all the dust and only part of the tops of night stands, dressers, etc. were dusted. I feel like I was ripped off. The company requested a deposit at the time I scheduled the service and the day the service was completed they charged my account for the remaining balance before I got home to check out the job they did. Very disappointed and wish I'd kept the money and done it myself. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Monroe Home Services. BUYER BEWARE!

The company's manager was fantastic , but the employees who perform the work do not hold the same values.

GOOD JOB

Mrs.Cindy was great she deep clean my kitchen and all the cabinets. They deep cleaned all 5 of my bathrooms. They were well prepared with all the supplies. All I had to do was to open the door. I signed up for a deep clean service for the holidays. I would recommend all of Harford County to Monroe Home Services. My neighbor Mrs. Kelly said they were excellent too.

This was completely unsatisfactory. The crew were unprepared, unskilled, and did not know how to clean. Did not do any of the services requested. Had to push them out of the house.

my wife and I had been through several services attempting to find the right one. My wife is very particular in how she wants things done .She was very impressed with the result. they didi dishes as well as washed the comforter on our bed. I've made them a weekly service

I love the staff at Monroe Home services. When the lady came to my house she did a wonderful job. Her name was Daisy. Very nice young women. I told Mr. Monroe to send me his best employee. She cleaned the hell out my stove, walls, carpet, dining room, dishwasher, and master bath. Girl she got my house smelling good. She even walked my dog. I would recommend her to clean the white house too. I now have Monroe Home Services cleaning every week. I'm so happy I hired you guys. Thank you.
