I came home the morning of 08/27/24 to hear water spraying from my 15 year old 50 gal. gas water heater located in a utility closet in the garage. I called Mr. Quik first, but they weren't so quick....couldn't have anyone out until evening. I had a big problem that needed immediate attention. I found Chris Monroe local. From the time I hung up the phone until he showed up was less than 30 mins. Walked in, assessed the situation, and quoted a price. I was good with it.....even though I didn't have any other quotes. In no time at all, Chris and Luke were on it and I was happy. I'm glad I stayed local. If not for the heater being on an elevated stand, I would've tried to do it myself as usual. I learned that the big box store water heaters are not the same quality as the jobber supplier units. I'm satisfied with the overall experience. Thanks guys!

I called many plumbing companies to ask if I could get a â freeâ quote on a electric water heater. All of them except Monroe said they would need to send someone out and only if that company did the work would the service charge be removed. Monroe plumbing did come and give a â freeâ estimate. We had them replace the water heater and there warranty is the same as the other companies. They were very knowledgeable and professional and answered any questions I had. I feel like I received a fair price and would definitely call them again for other plumbing needs. I would highly recommend calling them. Chris and Heather are quick to respond and great to work with.

I can't say enough about Monroe Plumbing! They came right out to access the situation and were very upfront about the potential cost. They also worked to ease my concerns and let me know that if the problem was significant, it should be covered under my homeowner's insurance. They were very thorough in looking for the cause of the leak. Luckily, the problem wasn't as serious as it could have been. They fixed the problem and showed me what to do in the future so it didn't happen again. They even said that my husband could call after he got home from work if he had any questions. They were a standup plumbing company. Very polite and courteous, came on time,extremely neat and clean, work looked very professional as it should, and most of all he cleaned up, and offered to dispose of the trash. I highly recommend this company.

Chris removed and installed a new water heater. He was not happy with some of the existing plumbing and replaced to make much neater and safer. Wore shoe covers, put down carpeting cover. Nice guys. Would work with them again.
