Our home in Gilbert, Arizona has a 27 year old tile roof which sprung some leaks after a rain storm. After carefully evaluating several local roofers, we chose Monsoon Roofing because their reputation, pricing and materials seemed the best. So we hired them to re-roof our home. They replaced all the underlayment, vents, flashing, plus some water-damaged areas that needed new plywood, wood fascia and trim, and they re-painted those areas to match the original paint. The supervisor came by daily and inspected the work. They were honest, polite, cleaned up every day, and did beautiful work!

I'm not sure about the value as I had to repair the roof ASAP for the tennat as it was "monsoon" time and very heavy rains. I didn't get price comparisons.

Our tile was not available. They had to find some because it is not made anymore. They found it and installoed them and checked all the tile on the roof.

Melvin came out and gave an estimate on repairs needed he was very profesional and explained what needed to be done. He came back the following week to make the repairs and also found a couple minor things which he repaired while on the roof he did an excellent job and when he handed me the bill it was less than his quote. Monsoon Roofing has a customer for life because of their quality work and honesty I highly recommend them.
