Monster Overhead Doors

Our garage door springs were broken on Sunday morning. I put a request for a repair on HomeAdvisor and had a call from Monster Overhead Door within minutes. Monster Overhead Door came out and put a clamp on the spring within a few hours on Sunday so that we could use the door. They quoted me a price and returned the next day to replace the springs and did an overall tune up on the door for the quoted price. The service was great and very efficient.

Jay send me a message and was prompt in coming to my house and giving me an estimate. He was very reasonable on his pricing and was suggesting only the areas which need to be replaced and repaired. On the day on work, he came and finished the work in few hours covering all the required. He made sure that, i get the best parts thinking about future usage with no compromise on quality. He gave enough inputs on how to use it and also proactively looked at the other garage door and fixed some minor issues for the same cost. I would definitely recommend and hire him for any work related to garage.

I CALLED THIER LOCAL ADVERTISEMENT & DISCUSSED MY PROBLEM. BASED ON WHAT I TOLD THEM THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE THAT WAS VERY COMPETITIVE & LOWER THAN 3 OTHERS & NOT ONLY THAT THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE THE NEXT MORNING AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND INSTALLED MY NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THEY ALSO PERFORMED A CABLE REPAIR ON MY OTHER GARAGE DOOR THAT THEY SAID WAS READY TO SNAP AT ANY MOMENT & THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THAT REPAIR. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHOWS THAT THEY ARE A QUALITY COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH WHO IS NOT OUT TO OVERCHARGE THE CUSTOMER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service. Jason maintained constant communication from the time of my request at HomeAdvisor's site to scheduling and then installing the openers for both my garage doors.

The crew was very professional & concerned about being true to the estimate, even though it took extra time to deal with the fact that the original installer (the previous home owner) of the doors had done a poor job with the door installation.
