Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Within 4 hours of calling Kane, we had a new water heater, installed and ready to go. Not the first time using Kane. Cannot recommend enough!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Kane, Installed a new garbage disposal as well as my hot water heater. He was prompt with both service calls. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Happy that they were working during this COVID-19. Kane had no problem with me asking him about precautions that he was taking when going house to house.

I contacted Home Advisor in the AM, Monster Plumbing contacted me right away. I was grateful that I was able to get an appointment the same day even though we are dealing with this Coronavirus. The appointment before mines canceled so Kane called & came early. My hot water tank was leaking and I knew it needed to be replaced. He even had the floors checked for water damage. Kane was very professional, courteous, quick yet thorough and did a great job! I will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs & I definitely recommend him. I also pray for his protection against the virus! Thanks again!!!

They were the first to respond, they came and found the problem and gave me an estimate. I decided that the price was reasonable and Kane did the job with no problem. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I definitely will keep them in mind for any other plumbing projects.

I contacted several plumbing companies and received answering service. Right away they answered and was available, which impressed me since it was Christmas Eve. Very prompt, efficient, courteous, and did a great job repairing my leaking pipes. Great customer service and price. I will be using Monster Plumbing for any future plumbing projects. Great service!! We could not have asked for a more professional and easy to do business with company. Was looking for a local plumber that could not only install a few upgrades to the bathroom but also serve as the "Goto" plumber for emergencies and or future upgrades. We tried them out and made the right choice. No upsell, not pushy and in fact, made suggestions to save $$. I worked with Monster to have my kitchen sink repaired. Mr.Willams was super responsive,professional and kept me in the loop on what was happening and why. The process from me accessing Home Adisor, hiring Monster and getting my kitchen sink repaired was excellent. I would definitely use Monster again.

He actually showed up! On time! And did the work we needed! He didn't try to sell us more work, he didn't leave a mess, he wasn't even bothered by my overly-possessive dog. The business card he left me is invaluable. What else can I find for him to do?

Kane was very knowledgeable and professional. He was kind, reasonably price, and a valuable resource that helped me in my process of getting all the water cleaned up. He also provided me some additional knowledge to maintain the life of the water heater. Job well done and I would recommend and use him again if necessary.
