Monster Tree Service of Southeast Denver

There is a lack of communication between the salesperson who assesses the work and the actual crew performing the job. We were given a hefty price based on far more work intended than was completed in the time allotted. They also misrepresented the days they would perform the service. Very overpriced and lacked integrity! They will do the bare minimum and quote their lengthy contract you are required to sign. We were told that they needed a special crew that would take at least 1/2 day. The job was $1000 and completed in less than 2 hours by two workers. I would not use this company again or recommend them.

This was our first experience with Monster Tree Service SE Denver. We canâ  t think of anything that could have been improved in the process of getting our large tree pruned. The Arborist, Rich Nelson came out to view the damage and pruning required. He then arranged for his highly professional team to get the job done. The team came climbed into the tree and cut all the dead branches, they then trimmed the tree as we had requested. They cleaned up the area, removed all branches to finish the job. We couldnâ  t have been more pleased with the work they had done. We highly recommend Monster Tree Service SE Denver.
