R&M Monster Windows, Inc.

My job was well done, special thank you to R & M Monster for a great job

They came out quickly and did a fantastic job at a fair price. I would not hesitate to hire them again if the need arises again.

I needed to replace the existing framed shower doors on a standard tub/shower with new doors. They were on time and did a great job with this project!

Job was done quickly, caring for surrounding area. I can only assume the job was efficient. The window repair man was professional, friendly and respectful.

Great job installing our mirror! They were efficient, tidy, and came ready to get it all done. Less than 2 weeks start to finish from initial consultation to installation. Would highly recommend!

job not done yet

Arrived on time and did a good job!

Very competent. Very nice man. Mirrors all hung perfectly.

Two shower doors ordered and replaced very quickly Easy to work with.

It was great.

The customer service was great. Availability was quick, our service person arrived on time and adjusted our glass shower door for the price they quoted us. We could not have asked for more.

Everything went well And they were very professional

THE PTOJECT WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLEYED AND I A VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

Very professional and no nonsense. Gave an estimate on a Friday for shower glass doors which was very fare and Monday morning they were fixing my shower door wheels. They even verified that the other bathroom doors were working fine.

Great customer service. Job started with consultation at 9:30 AM, and job completed to my satisfaction by 10:30 AM

I can?t brag about the company enough! Ron and his crew have remodeled my whole house and I can?t tell you how amazing it looks. They have gone above and beyond for us it?s amazing. An example of that is by accident our daughter?s door frame got thrown out because she?s getting new doors and she had her height chart on it. One of the workers went to dump that it got thrown out in and spent 6 hours looking for it and found it. That?s unheard of! My daughter was so happy and so am I. I would recommend this company to anyone. They above and beyond to make sure you are happy and your vision is accomplished.

R&M Monster Windows was an absolute blessing. Extremely professional, very organized, accurate and overall trustworthy. This team was excellent from start to finish. Very polite and organized. Overall 12/10 they got the job done. They were clean, no trash left behind, new screw left unturned. I will be using and recommending this company again. Thanks for all the help!!

Our experience with Monster Windows and Ran Mashash was frustrating, disappointing, and costly due to unskilled workers, poor attention to detail, and lack of professionalism. They overpromise, underdeliver, and dismiss concerns with, ?Oh, we can fix that??but never do. Major Issues: ? Painting ? Uneven, splotchy, and incorrect exterior paint due to poor communication. ? Sloppiness ? Nails, screws, and trash left behind. Used our tools, damaging them. ? Skim Coating & Ceilings ? Lumpy, cracking finish, questioned by another contractor. ? Windows & Doors ? Incorrect orders, mismatched trim, and improper installations. ? Safety Hazards ? Negligence led to my senior cat needing emergency surgery. Protect Yourself: ? Verify contractor licensing. ? Check permit history. ? Pay by credit card?never cash/Zelle. ? Avoid PACE loans requiring upfront payments. Bottom Line: Expect quality? Look elsewhere.

Great service, quality work and good price to replace mirrored wall panel.

Worst company ever! Beware do not use this company! Wife was severely injured when glass imploded while taking a shower. Look it up to see the pictures. clearinghouse@cpsc.gov Cheap glass

See my extensive review on yelp Too much to rewrite Company is HORRIBLE PLUS when they call you back itâ  s a number that doesnâ  t show name! Reputable companies show their name and donâ  t hide name! Guess they have lots to hide.

Curtious, clean, did a great repair of my sliding shower doors. Would definitely recommend them

I never thought I would find a service pro within a week, but the gentleman called immediately and check what the problem was and fixed my window problem. They did a great job will use Angi again for services like this!
