There's only one option in the Work Needed dropdown, so I selected it, even though it's not what I had done. I had a backed up sink in a residential home. My pro was prompt and professional. I will definitely use him again.

I?m giving 2 stars only because they came out quickly both times and the second tech was professional. I initially had a sewer line blockage causing my yard vent to overflow. They snaked it and restored flow, but the tech told me he only cleared about 10 feet past the clog ? not all the way to the street. I was charged ~$800 and wasn?t given even a ballpark estimate beforehand.
Ten days later (within their 30-day warranty), it backed up again. When I called, the person on the phone was confrontational and insisted that if they found ?wipes? I?d be charged again, even implying the previous wipes were ?fresh,? despite us not using wipes. When I mentioned their tech hadn?t cleared to the street, I was told, ?Why do customers tell us we don?t do our job properly??
They did return and clear it at no charge, but voided the remaining warranty. Quick service doesn?t outweigh poor communication, accusatory tone, and unclear pricing.

Thanksgiving day and 38 people were coming for dinner and we had a completely clogged kitchen drain. I called 15 other plumbing services all advertising 24/7 service and none of them were available. Montco rotor was there within an hour and Lou cleared the drain efficiently and did not interfere with the dinner preparation.

This is the second time I have used them as the first experience so good. This time we had sewage blowing out of a downstairs toilet and sink. Ben came, he saw, he conquered all in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Sump Pump Repair or Replace
Downstairs toilet clog addressed and cleared . Tech spent between 30-40 min at the house. The issue was solved in a few minutes. Another few minutes was spent running water in a few other locations , kitchen and basement to test for other issues. No e were found as the problem was a simple clog in the downstairs toilet. The remainder of the time also, the tech spent calling me repeatedly when he knew I was unavailable, leaving threatening messages about sending lawyers after me if I didn t pay . I had given him my card but is was declined ex and later found out it was frozen. The tech continued to insist he be paid from people in the house that were not responsible for payment. When he left his ofc continued to text and leave messages. I was in the hospital and said I would address the invoice when I was home and received a new card and or checkbook. I m willing to pay half of the invoice amount, $192. Average price I learned is between $150-$300. Their bill is $383.16. I believe I have been taken advantage of and overcharged. Tech was obnoxiously loud and had no sense of decorum. His behavior was distressing to my friends in the house and his persistent inappropriate attitude was I excusable.

"Ms. Marino's description of the situation is incorrect and misleading. She called us as a landlord requiring service for her tenant for a clogged line. Our plumber arrived at the rental home and assessed the situation. He calledMs. Marino and told her the price to unclog, she agreed and provided her credit card information to charge upon completion. As per our policy, she sent a text message stating approval to do the work at charge $383.16 to her card. Upon completion, the plumber found that the card was denied. He attempted to call her several times and then asked the tenant to pay, they agreed but their credit card was also denied. The information was then given to me for follow up. I attempted to call Ms. Marino several times with no answer over the next few days as well as attempted to text her requesting payment. She eventually responded and stated she didn't have her purse available and would call back with her payment information . I informed her that if she didn't provide information within the next several days it would be forwarded to our attorney. She did not call back with the information to which after several days I contacted her and she stated to have our attorney call her that she wasn't paying. Our attorney contacted her and it is now be handled by the legal system. To be clear , she never mentioned a hospitalization. We acted in a professional manner at all times and follow a procedure when situations like this occur at the advice of our attorney. It should also be noted that Ms. Marino was not an Angi's list customer and found our company through Google. As a result of the fact that her service was in no way linked to an Angi's List or Home Advisor advertisement or lead there is fact no reason that you should be stating that you will be pulling my advertising or penalizing my account in any manner."

On Brandon the manager came to our house because tub water in the bathroom upstairs keep running. Brandon give us a price and told us that he will se March 18 2025nd a plumber the next day. The next day Nick the Plumber came. He was very young. He was here most of the day. When Nick was done what is a terrible job! The wall in back of the bath tub was broken and the pipes was showing tiles was broken, copper pipe is shaking. The faucet is loose. The shower water hits the wall and when you turn the shower on the water hits the wall on the side. The water is supposed come down straight. We refuse to pay because the job was not done right! My wife asked Nick to cover the pipes and he called Brandon said that my wife signed the invoice and it said it do not t repair wall but Brandon never said anything about not repairing walls .My wife asked Nick to repair the with wood that we had in the basement and Nick did a terrible job doing the wall.No one
