Did good work but was told if I was not given a business card that my job was free. I was never given a card only two papers and a sticker. When I contacted them I was told the sticker was their business card ! I never knew of a sticker being a business card.

There's only one option in the Work Needed dropdown, so I selected it, even though it's not what I had done. I had a backed up sink in a residential home. My pro was prompt and professional. I will definitely use him again.

I?m giving 2 stars only because they came out quickly both times and the second tech was professional. I initially had a sewer line blockage causing my yard vent to overflow. They snaked it and restored flow, but the tech told me he only cleared about 10 feet past the clog ? not all the way to the street. I was charged ~$800 and wasn?t given even a ballpark estimate beforehand. Ten days later (within their 30-day warranty), it backed up again. When I called, the person on the phone was confrontational and insisted that if they found ?wipes? I?d be charged again, even implying the previous wipes were ?fresh,? despite us not using wipes. When I mentioned their tech hadn?t cleared to the street, I was told, ?Why do customers tell us we don?t do our job properly?? They did return and clear it at no charge, but voided the remaining warranty. Quick service doesn?t outweigh poor communication, accusatory tone, and unclear pricing.

Nick came out and gave me the estimate for the job, He expertly fixed the problem.

They arrived within 2 hours of calling them . On a Sunday with 3-5 inches of snow! Completed the job within an hour. Great service

I've used Montco Rooter several times. They are always friendly, courteous and do great work! Lou is my favorite and I'm already making plans to get him back for more work I need done.

Thanksgiving day and 38 people were coming for dinner and we had a completely clogged kitchen drain. I called 15 other plumbing services all advertising 24/7 service and none of them were available. Montco rotor was there within an hour and Lou cleared the drain efficiently and did not interfere with the dinner preparation.

We received immediate service for our plumbing issues. They came out within 2 hours of our service request. Louis was very friendly & thoughtful about resolving our clog issue, provided helpful suggestions to avoid problems in the future. This company was upfront about the costs and worked with us on budget. Strongly approve of their professionalism.

This is the second time I have used them as the first experience so good. This time we had sewage blowing out of a downstairs toilet and sink. Ben came, he saw, he conquered all in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Spoke to Brandon late Thursday night, him and his crew came out bright and early Friday morning got to work replacing a collapsed sewer pipe. Got me back up and running. Great company highly recommend
