Montecalvo Asphalt Maintenance was formed as a spin-off of John T. Montecalvo, Inc., a company who has both produced, and laid down, millions of tons of hot mix asphalt, island wide since 1967. As a family owned and operated business, quality and integrity always come first. We will treat your project as if it were our own. Montecalvo Asphalt Maintenance was designed to give building owners an alternative to repaving in these tough economic times. In most cases, we can go in, repair the bad areas, sealcoat and re-stripe for a fraction of what it would cost to totally repave, says company President, Mike Montecalvo. This can buy the owner some time until the economy improves and they can take on that big capital improvement
