I was very impressed with Monterrey Glass LLC. If I could give a rating higher than a 5, I definitely would. I had a insulated glass block window in the bathroom that was sweating and needed to be fixed or replaced. I was worried as I have never had an issue with a IGU window. From the initial phone call with Janine all the way through the install with David, they both were outstanding and went above and beyond my expectations. David had no reservations and when I thought the new window had an issue he uninstalled the window, showed me and then reinstalled once I approved.
