Very unprofessional job in most areas. Quality of work was very poor. There was drinking on the job, Coors Banquet beer, Modelo In a cooler and a case of Margarita's in cans kept in the egress to keep everything cold, when confronted, he apologized said it wouldn't happen again. Should have let him go then. Unqualified people doing work that was above them. They were to level a 1500 sqf basement floor with 1 1/2" thick 4000 psi concrete over existing concrete so vinyl planking could be layed. A section of the floor has cracked and started to separate from the original floor. Per his warranty, he would look at it and have it repaired within a week. That passed. Still not fixed. They finished tiling a shower, the job was so bad it had to demo it to the studs and redo it. It took the next guy 2 weeks to complete, better, but still mistakes and a very slow guy. Gustavo Montes is a nice gentleman, smooth talker, but it's only talk and little follow through on a timely basis. The job was to be finished on February 10th 2022, it was initially some what finished around March 11th, but found several cracked pieces of planking. Took several days to finish replacing that, a few weeks later more cracked and broken tiles were found, as of this update, May 21st, 2022 . HE HAS NOT FIXED THIS, he has avoided most calls, texts and emails. I've talked to him by phone maybe three times in 8 weeks, each time was going to buy Luxury Vinyl Planking and we would get this going, he's broken every promise to buy the planking or show up. EACH TIME HE FAILED TO CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL, PREFERRING TO AVOID AS LONG AS HE COULD. A large section of my basement is remains unusable and until the concrete is fixed, the planking can't be put down. Everything that I talk about is documented by picture and video's, as well as texts and emails. I could not recommend him to anyone because of his unprofessional approach. Credibility is now a big issue, Buyer Beware.

Rockie Montes did an amazing side walk concrete for us. He affordable, friendly and do an excellent job. I will recommend him to anyone who would like to do any type of concrete works.

Gustavo and his team did an excellent job replacing my garage floor. He was courteous, communicative, and informative. They did an excellent job. He has been helpful with some drywall repair and other projects. I appreciate his honesty and tenacity. I would highly recommend him.

Hired them for an egress window project that evolved into a full basement floor replacement (see other review) and after that experience decided on doing a large cement patio and walkways in the backyard plus an entrance in the front with some river rocks landscaping. Again, a 5 stars experience from beginning till end, Gustavo and his crew are very professional, communicate well and the quality of materials and work is excellent!!! highly recomended

Contacted Gustavo for the installation of one egress window in our basement, after gettign his quotation we decided on two windows and also removing our entire basement concrete floor and replace with new concrete. Gustavo and his team was very profesional, used top notch material and did an overall excelent job. We were so happy that decided to also do our backyard patio and front landscape with them (see anotehr review)

Work was done on or around January 23, 2021. The job was/is a mess (and has never been fixed or finished) with a cracked threshold (due to Rockie Montes using a screw instead of glue or adhesive), taped and screwed molding, and extremely poor caulking. A section of the new floor cracked and is sunken. Gustavo has made and broken several promises to come by and fix all that is not right. As of today, March 4th, 2021 nobody has been to the property. How would you rate a business that performs like this?

Very easy to work with. Very communicative and even followed up a week later to confirm the project went as expected.
