Great service! Quick to respond, provided assessment and was able to identify the cause of the leak, which turned out to be cracked window seal and not a roof leak. Manuel was able to repair it on the spot ahead of the rain predicted for later this week.

I wouldn?t recommend Montes Roofing for any work. They used improper installation techniques, tried to hide multiple flaws, and did work outside the scope of our contract damaging my roof. I hired them to do a siding/trim project using Hardie board panels and they used brad nails to secure them. Each panel weighs 76 pounds. Brad nails aren?t meant to bear weight and aren?t an approved fastener. Most nail heads are sticking out and he tried to cover them up with caulk/paint. The panels/trim rested on the shingles in many places. Most of the caulk pulled away and left large gaps. Without my permission, they installed a rain diverter on top of the roof shingles. I expressed my disappointment, and Manuel became belligerent/argumentative. He threatened to hire lawyers and put a lien on my house. He then tried to repair the roof but used the wrong shingles even after I told him which one was currently installed and caused more damage.

We had Hail damage the insurance company refused to fix for us. They were able to provide an estimate and completed all work on time and on budget. Definitely worth getting an estimate. 100% recommend.

I waited till it rained hard to put in this comment to make sure it was done correctly. My patio and shed roof looks beautiful along with all the plywood and beams that was replaced due to water damage, but I still waited because I have high standards. I asked a lot of questions during job, and they were answered with patience and clarity. I never felt like I was bothering them. Very professional. I wish I knew more people that I could refer because I'appreciate the quality of work and price.
