It's very hard to find a contractor who is willing to take on a small job. But Fred did because he is smart enough to know that it could lead to bigger jobs and recommendations. We are very satisfied with his work and would definitely hire him again.

This response is not a "set up." I do not know Frederick, and just met him through this job. I hired him not because his price was the best, which it was. I hired him became he seemed genuinely interested in my small job and took the time to explain to me what was involved. He came prepared with a color chart. His work was impeccable, and he fixed cracks at no additional charge, and even also repaired a railing at no additional charge. I highly recommend him . He was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. I would hire him again.
