Her report was wonderful and commanded attention which seller took every word she recommended and fixed them to a "T" Now I have the home of my dreams with the PEACE of mind my foundation is in good shape. Turned out to be a cosmetic fix, of which I am very grateful. I would recommend her not only for her expertise and thoroughness, but for her ability to communicate and put my mind at ease. Elicia is GREAT!!! Specializing in the little guy...she is quick, accurate and comes through even in a clinch. Our first meeting was with the City Building Department who promptly threatened to force me to take down all that I started...they gave me two weeks to correct any discrepancies with permit issues...of which Elicia stepped up to the plate and hit a homerun!! Permit issues are resolved and Elicia is absolutely a lifesaver!!!,,, THANK YOU!!
