When we initially received the 19-item project list, we clearly communicated that the scope would require approximately three full days to complete properly. You agreed to begin with one scheduled day and complete as much as possible within that time frame. Our two technicians worked a full 8-hour day and completed several installations safely and professionally. As discussed beforehand, one day would not cover the entire list. In an effort to make things right and continue the project, we returned and provided an additional full day of labor at no charge. Despite this accommodation, payment for the original completed day was disputed. We always strive to set clear expectations around scope, timelines, and billing. We are licensed, insured, and committed to quality workmanship ? not rushing through installations simply to check boxes. We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by the communication and significant effort made to resolve the matter fairly."
