This was a relatively small job to repair some siding after it was damaged when a new roof was installed, as well as install an attic vent. I went through the roof installation company as well as another contractor and both of them did a terrible job, and had some unprofessionalism. I was starting to think it might be impossible to find a contractor that takes pride in their work and does it right, rather than concerning themselves with cost and time. Then I found Dan from Monumental Construction and he was everything I thought every contractor should be, and then some. On top of being incredibly professional and friendly, his work was infallible. A contractor that uses siding nails into the intended siding nail slots, rather than using screws to go through the siding - who would have thought? I can't recommend Dan enough, on enough platforms, so prepare to see this review on all of them. I will certainly call Dan for any future roof or siding work.

Monumental construction was a great company to work with. My installer Ethan was also very nice polite courteous and professional. They had a postponement of a job so they moved me up about 2 weeks which was great.

They did not want to take pictures and when we walked the roof later we understood why. My 10 yr old could have done a better job, in my honest opinion.

From the estimate to completing the job Dan and Ethan exceeded our expectations. Monumental Construction is a great family business, very knowledgable and proffesional to work with. They are experts on their field so they give you advise and recommendations, and they have a very competitive price. The major difference is that they are honest and trustworthy company. The staff at the office, Autumm and Kesha are very friendly and caring, The whole experience is easy and affordable. We had a large project with the gutter replacement and downspouts which they did a great job and they also a lot of wood repair work around the house and siding, windows, and they were very generous to installed a solar fan in the attic at not extra charge.. We couldn't ask for a better team. We highly recommend them. They are one of a kind. Thank You!!!
