I hired this plumber to check my ejector pump that had been acting up three days prior to them coming out. Unfortunately, the pump decided to work while they inspected it. They charged me a basic service call. However, two days later the nasty thing decided to start running and not kick off, so I unplugged it to keep it from burning out. I tried to reach Moody, got their office, but the technician didn’t call back until the end of the next day. Too bad, I hired someone else, again waiting 5 days to get it tended to middle of next week. We’ll see how they do. Hopefully the pump will be repaired or replaced. At this point I just want it fixed.
