Moonlight General Contracting

Aside from all the furniture (no need to pay attention to that I paid for that out of my pocket), check out the new LVP tile, the new painting, the new baseboards, the new bathroom vanity, the new lighting on top of that vanity, the new bathroom tile, the new toilet, and best of all the new walk-in shower (got rid of the old bath tub that was there before) all got done and completed in just 10 days. Thank you Frank, I will recommend you for any big projects down the road if and when the tim does come for something else.

Frank Verk and the team at Moonlight General Contracting were outstanding to work with. Frank is highly responsive, professional, and timely, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Before we moved into our new home, his team completed several projects for us, including relocating a toilet and removing a pass-through door, installing a larger vanity, adding shower shelves, and installing sliding glass shower doors to create more space in our primary bathroom. They also installed a fire-rated door to the garage and converted a closet into a larger pantry. Frank started the day after we closed on the house and completed the work on schedule. At this point, we have just one remaining item to finish, a countertop being provided by another vendor. Once that is installed, Frank's team will return to connect and install the sink and faucet. We'll add photos once everything is complete, but the results already look amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We highly recommend Frank and Moonlight General Contracting for anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.

We had an excellent experience working with Frank with Moonlight! He installed our LVP flooring and carpet, redid our master shower, and built a beautiful TV nook entertainment center where an old 90s TV nook was. He was punctual, honest, professional, and completely transparent with his pricing. The quality of his work was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish he coordinated his teams perfectly and worked around us as we brought home a new baby during renovation. If we ever move or have another large project he will be the only one we call. We would absolutely work with Frank again and highly recommend him!

Moonlight General Contracting did a substantial remodel of our home, and the work was excellent. Frank Verk and his crew were skilled, reliable, and easy to work with, always on time, clear communicators, and respectful of our home and family throughout the project. Highly recommend if you want quality work done right.

Frank came out two years ago to replace decking that was removed by another contractor. Franks crew built the deck using Trex. They did an outstanding job. Two years later I contracted with Moonlight to replace the remaining cedar decking with Trex. Once again, the work was outstanding. The job was completed on time and within budget. My deck is gorgeous.

Frank remodeled the primary bathroom with a roll in shower for ADA needs. He performed all tasks in a proficient and timely manner, and we would not hesitate to hire him again.

This job was subcontracted to to most inept and incompetent crews Iâ ve ever seen. The worst experience of any contractor that I have ever worked with.

Great experience. Plan on using them again after first of year

We were able to communicate quite regularly during the building of our deck.

Frank is a quality guy and he and his team did my first job well. I hired him again for a bigger job and he did it well also. I will certainly consider him again for my next job.

This company responded quickly when many others ignored my request. This was not a big job, but they treated it like it was, happy for that!

Frank was very responsive to getting my rental property restored ASAP after a neighboring unitâ s water line break caused damage to my condo. Super fast!

Great work. Helped with basement design. Heâ s subs were experts in their field. I will use him again.

Very happy with the deck rebuild completed. Good attention to detail, cleaned up afterwards and kept us updated with the timeline of the project. A fair price for the work completed and materials used.

Frank and his crew did a great job, communicated well, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. You can t ask for anything more

Communication and service are 5 star quality, knew what I wanted and performed quickly, as well as staying until everything was tested.
