Woke up this morning only to discover my expansion tank burst a whole and spraying Warter everywhere. Quickly shut the valves off and new I needed a plumber. Even tried YouTube to see how,but had questions, and low conference. Called moonlight plumbing and glad I did. Fortunately Nick answered and personally came to our home and installed a new one. Tho said they were on tight schedule and wouldn't be by till afternoon, called me back and said 12 12:30. Then actually found time and showed up 2hrs earlier, what a true professional. Nick also had the up most respect to my wife and I, and our home. We now have a true and honest plumbing business we can count on and definitely will be our go to company in the future.

Punctual, personable, polite and professional! Arrived on time and spent several hours replacing a bathtub/shower set up with a laundry room setup but while doing all that told us to call Granite Group to see if they would deliver a new hot water heater and because he had the time that day he could replace that for us also. Granite Group could and did deliver a new water heater and Nick helped convince the driver to wait for us to drain the old one so he could take the old one away for us, which he did! All in all a great day for us getting things done we knew we needed but had not expected to get done so we are very very happy with Nick and MoonLight Plumbing and do recommend him to everyone!

Nick was very kind, honest person. It was late Friday afternoon when we called him. He asked if we needed him Immediately we told them with think so. But he kept calling for at least the next 2 hours checking on us to make sure we were OK with a water situation. He called us bright early Saturday morning to see if we were ready for him to show up. When he came he was cheerful very helpful and righf to the point and very honest about our whole situation. We would recommend him to anybody.

Nick called me shortly after I notified him I was interested in his services. Gave me a quote for the project and set up a time. He showed up promptly at the appointed time, explained the process and got to work. The job lasted as long as he said and he stayed true to the quote. He was efficient and friendly. I have more home projects that I will definitely call him for.

From my experience most contractors I've hired or tried to hire in Lyme CT area are super flakely, Nick is type-A. He is efficient and gets the job done fast and has no problem taking time to explain process before he begins working. Moonlight Plumbing is a company i can strongly recommend!

Friendly and professional. Came out immediately on very little notice.

All he had to do is what I asked him to do. Instead, he unnecessarily re-piped far more than I asked him to. The job came out VERY amateurish at best. Then he tried to bill me more than twice what HomeAdvisor quoted.

Nicholas was timely, reliable and very professional. He did an excellent job replacing a very, very old toilet! Loved the work and will use again!

Nick was calliing me to check in about my issues not less than 1 minute after I hit the enter button. He listened to what I needed to have done and scheduled an appointment. Nick arrived when he said he would and made an assessment of the work that needed to be done. He then went out and bought the itmes we needed. He placed a toilet and a garbage disposal. He looked at a few more things we needed to be fixed and gave us the info we needed to order replacement parts. Nick was very thorough in his explanations. He cleaned up after the work was completed. He showed us the invoice for the parts he had picked up so we knew what he had paid for the items. We will use Nick again for any plumbing work. We highly recommend Moonlight Plumbing

Nick, the owner, did a great job installing a new water heater. He was very courteous, professional and polite. He also cleaned the mess the water heater made when it leaked. If I ever need a plumber again, I will call Moonlight Plumbing.
