Excellent response time on initial call. Showed up on time. Kody was very friendly and completed repairs. I am glad I changed from the other appliance repair I used to this one. Will definitely call them again if I need repairs!

Cody arrived inside the time Window scheduled. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Had the part available with him. Installed it and verified that it was working before left. Costs were communicated up front with the understanding that there could be variability based on the core issue. Done. Can't expect anything else.

Cody was excellent. He explained the problem and showed me a photo of the part to be replaced. He came back the next day to replace the part. He explained past experiences with my washer and dryer along with usual repairs and appliance life after repair. I wouldn t hesitate to have them again. The confidence is worth a lot.

Promises and then could not deliver.
Response by Modern Appliance Repair: We called on our way and we showed up at the beginning of our time slot exactly on time. We diagnosed your machine properly and determined it needed a timer and also suspension rods. Your timer alone was $354.53 and you as the customer decided not to repair. Since you did not want to repair we collected the service call and diagnostic fee that was discussed when the appointment was made with the office staff. Not sure on how we did not meet your expectations. If you could elaborate that would be greatly appreciated. We are continuously trying to be the best service provider!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
