After working for more than seven years at six different termite companies, I witnessed far too many customers being overcharged, misled, and treated unfairly. Time and again, I saw honesty and quality service take a back seat to sales and profit. Eventually, I realized I could no longer work in an environment that conflicted with my values. With a clear conscience, I made the decision to start my own termite company—one built on honesty, integrity, and genuine care for every customer. My goal is simple: provide accurate inspections, fair pricing, and high-quality workmanship without pressure or deception. I take pride in treating every home as if it were my own and every customer with the respect they deserve. I believe trust is earned through honesty, hard work, and standing behind the quality of my service.

Mark was the first of five pros that provided me with the quote. Mark was very responsive and he has the most fair pricing of all the pros. The service was top notch and thorough. I had a great experience with Moon’s Termite solutions company owner Mark Lee. He treated my home for termites and other pests last year with his team and did an excellent job — everything was handled professionally and thoroughly.
What really impressed me was his honesty and follow-through. He promised to return if there were any signs of recurrence, and true to his word, he came back today and re-treated the area at no charge. That kind of service and integrity is hard to find.
I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy pest control!
