Rico is a professional, from the time you make your appointment until he leaves. On time, well spoken, he got the job done in a timely fashion. When I arrived, the job was done and the report was ready. He knew ahead of time of a leak, and brought his plumber along.....very impressive. I would definitely recommend him for home inspections. Oh and I tell you the price was right. Rico, the best in the business!
