Moore's Curb Appeal LLC

They are thieves. Do not trust.

Contacted for a contract, paid 50% of the total cost of the project and never come back to do the job.

Warning. Do not hire..

Monty Moore is a crook. Shame on Home Advisor to put us in contact with this company. He harassed us to pay the 50% down payment, said he was so busy he wouldnâ t even add us to his schedule until he had the down payment. Said they were 1 month out. Fast forward to when the work should be done and he will not return text messages, voicemail is full on both owner and company numbers, and they will not respond to emails.

The Owner is nice but the service in inexistence. Do not give him any money up front for no project. Communication skills are very minimal

On February 28th 2023, I contracted Moore's curb appeal to build a fence. At that time when he came out to measure for the fence he put ruts in my yard from his long trailer and truck! I was then instructed that I had to pay half of the bill for materials ,which I did, on February 28th, 2023 and was advised that it would be built in three to four weeks! Since then, I have had to contact him several times to get an update. I have been the instigator of any communication! It has been almost seven weeks and still no fence! After texting, emailing and calling Monte Moore on April 12th and 13th, I was told that the supplier gave my materials to someone else and was not given a new project date! At that time I told him he needed to communicate with me and not leave me hanging! On April 13, 2023, I called him and he advised he was sitting at the supplier at that time trying to get materials. He advised that he would have the poles set tomorrow! I advised him by text and voice that he would not be allowed to start if he did not have all the materials needed to complete the project! It has been a nightmare waiting for any communication or any building process. On April 15th materials were delivered and poles were set. Then on Monday April 17th I was contacted and was told they would be out this afternoon but didnâ t show. Then I was called by a Collin and was told he would be my contact, not the owner, Monte, and they would definitely be out tomorrow the 18th and would attempt to finish the job by Wednesday, April 19th. Again, a total nightmare and a job that was supposed to start in 3 to 4 weeks has gone on for 7 weeks plus with terrible to no communication until Collin took over this job. They want their payment immediately but are extremely slow to get to your job! If you have to get a fence quickly, I would think twice before hiring Mooreâ s Curb Appeal.

Professional, courteous and efficient. We would highly recommend them!

Quick, reliable, fair price

Worked well with existing chain. Link posts - made an excellent gate - Iâ m very pleased!

They did a great job and we are very happy with our fence! We wanted a cedar privacy fence and they came out and did most of the work in a single day. Very impressed with their customer service, professionalism and product

We're always here when they said they would be even with the issues we had with the neighbor

Monty and his crew did a good job replacing my fence. After starting they completed the job in a very timely manner. If I have any criticism it would be that they could have done a better job cleaning up. There was piles of dirt and rocks left for me to clean up. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and material. The fence looks great. I would recommend them and would use them in the future.

The fence they installed is beautiful. Very well done and good quality work. They took their time and it is all level and straight. I would highly recommend them !

Moore's Curb Appeal did a fantastic job replacing my old white vinyl pool fence with a sleek new black aluminum fence. They were also careful not to disturb the water and electrical conduits running under the fence during removal of the old structure and installing the new one. If the need arises, I would hire them again. I highly recommend Moore's Curb Appeal for your fencing needs.

My experience... I paid half the cost upfront and then I was emailed the contract the same time (I had to pay before I could get a contract). I signed the contract 11/15/21. The job did not start until 1/13/22. I was annoyed that the project had taken so long (I was advised due to their staffing issues during the holidays). I was not contacted to advise of when the project would start. I had to initiate the start date follow-up. After the job was completed (it took two days), I thought the install looked pretty good. However, after a closer look (two months later) I noticed that some of the pickets were bending at the top and some at the bottom (the install was pine wood panels (it appears they maybe were not inspected properly before install). I contacted Moore Construction to advise. The owner offered to replace the defected pickets.... but, with an additional service fee. I was not happy with that. I felt that was poor customer service response (for a job done only two months ago... at a very expensive cost). Needless to say, I will not be using this company for future jobs. Signed, unsatisfied customer experience.

Very attentive, punctual, and great craftsmanship.

Professional over phone, in person quote offered. Work done when they said it would be done. Made adjustments when requested. Made sure we were happy with work done. Quote given in writing. Billing made easy online. Would consider hiring for other work.

Great work by a great company!

Very professional and personable.

Went faster than expected and quality was extraordinary

This place is the BESST there work is above a 10. They were on time the fence project and left my yard cleaner than it was when they got here. If you need a project done you will not find anybody better to do the job. This company is the best you can find

We hired this company to install our no climb fence. The job was fairly extensive with 4 gates. The fence was great but the gates started sagging. They said they would come out and adjust the gates, after several emails and texts. They never came and have stopped communicating. They are great until they get your money and then it is nothing but crickets. They do not care about their customers. Too bad as we need a lot more work.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship that Monty and crew did installing my wrought iron fence. It wasn’t easy because of the irregular slopes in my yard but they did a fantastic job.

Monty and his crew transformed my backyard into a beautiful outdoor room. A new pergola, flagstone patio, concrete drive lined with stone and a beautiful stone lined flower bed make it a relaxing place to spend quality time. Everyone was courteous and professional and the craftsmanship is just amazing.

Excellent job. Monty was consistent assisting with the estimate on our privacy fence and with notifying with schedule changes. Very courteous crew and highly recommend Moore's Curb Appeal.
