Had our home evaluated for air leaks by City of Edmond afterwards, and it scored a 0.26 which is as low as you can go without needing added ventilation! Have already seen a decrease in electric bill!

They knew that we would prefer an appointment sooner than later. When an opening occurred, they called me to tell me about it. I appreciated their willingness to fit us into their schedule sooner. They completed the work of blowing new insulation in less than 90 minutes at my house of about 1300 square feet. They also brought the OG&E rebate paperwork with everything completed on their end.

I didn't receive the amount of insulation i hired them to install. I measured the depth after they left and found it to be short in most places. Called them and they agreed to come back and blow in more. Should have installed the proper amount in the first place. I didn't like having to call and complain, but didn't get my money's worth.

I hired them to insulate my 1285 sq ft attic. They quoted me for $975. Once the installer showed up they got to work fast. After they left I noticed areas left undone. I looked far back to the corners of attic and noticed no added insulation. Hiding behind the flex duct was the same issue. I could see there was not very much insulation over the origianal insulation. Moors Roofing missed areas and took a short cut. The cellulose insulation they used is environmental friendly but I was told 10 years from now it will not hold up like fiberglass insulation does. Moore's just added about two inches of cellulose over my original fiberglass insulation .

They did a great job.

I guess that time will tell if our utility bill goes down, but the guys seemed to know what to do, and were very courteous. We have several skylights, so that might be an issue too, as there was no additional steps taken to insulate them, other than the standard blow-in. The guys did blow in some extra insulation in some downdraft closet areas in our main bathroom, so perhaps that will help. We'll see, but for now, I would rate the quality good. This company doesn't try to gouge you on the price either.

Ask what R-value you will end up with and how many inches will be blown in to get to that number.
