Don, from Harper’s Insulation was just fantastic! Don is a first class professional all the way. Don’s assistant was very hard working and always right there to assist Don when needed. They were. Both, genuinely kind and cordial. They finished the job within the stated time estimate and cleaned up when finished. Except for the exceptional installation you could not even tell they had been there. In my estimation of cost for the job I felt very happy with the job performed as well as the price, and would highly recommend Harper’s Insulation to anyone and already have. The owner and his helper came and blew the insulation in the attic and I paid them. I haven't seen what they did in the attic because I have asthma. But I trust they did a very good job. They did have a little problem with my attic fan. Other than that all went well.

Harper's Insulation added insulation to my attic a few years ago. It was the heat of the summer and my a/c unit was running non-stop. Until I got the insulation. THE SAME DAY, my a/c started cycling off like it should! And yes, I did notice a difference in my utility bills! Make the call! You’ll be glad you did.

All I have asked for is for them to send me my invoice. This has been since May. Stacy said they were switching bank accounts and ask if I could make out the check to Donn Lipscomb and she would email me my invoice. I have called and left messages and I have sent emails. Still no response and it is now the middle of July. I forgave them when they did not show up on time. But I would like to have my invoice

If I could, I would give 10 stars! Stacie was fantastic! I put my info in for doing 2 walls for insulation which was on a Sunday. Stacie contacted me THAT day. I figure I wouldn’t hear anything until Monday. Stacie asked what was the dimensions for the walls. When I sent her the info, she sent back to me what the process would be in detail step by step to the cost. Very reasonable for the price. When the crew came today, they were very professional and fantastic! They did what Stacie stated. I highly recommend using them!

I donâ t know anything about insulation, and I havenâ t had enough weather yet to tell you if it made a difference. But they seem like good honest people that know what theyâ re talking about, so, and they certainly did put in a bunch more insulation. So I think itâ s probably gonna be great. I liked working with them, seem like great people, they were on top of things, respectful of our property, and they seemed to try and give me good advice that was buying exactly what we needed as opposed to the most expensive thing they can sell me. Iâ d recommend them, they seem great. I donâ t have the expertise to actually evaluate their results. Just know that they were great while they were at our house and seemed very knowledgeable when they sold me stuff and thatâ s all I know.
