Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
I paid him $60.00 cash for cleaning and maintaining my screened enclosed pool. My pool was green when he started working on it. He came twice to clean my pool & added chemicals the first week. Then, he disappeared completely while the dead black algae are accumulated on the bottom of my pool. I has been 10 days, he keeps saying tomorrow & tomorrow never comes. It has been two weeks that I wanted to use my pool, but I cannot since it is not clean yet. I tried to accommodate his schedule and the first week-end he said he was busy, I said okay. The second week-end he came & left with the dead algae in the bottom of the pool. After texting him several times with no response, I started threatening him that I will report him to Home Advisors. Then he replied saying he was in Miami on a personal matter & would not be able to come! Then, he said h would send his partner last Thursday, which he never did. I am totally frustrated with this guy. I paid him $60.00 to leave dead algae in the bottom of my pool??
