Once I hired this company I was first a little bit skeptical since my last my was a bit cheaper(but also terrible ð ), once I saw what they did they blew my mind with how thorough and detailed they were along with how friendly and non judgmental they were with how trashed my house was. It's 100% worth your money and youâ re in good hands with Charlene, this company is amazing and I will be definitely using them again!

First interactions were amazing. Charlene really seemed to love what she does and was so easy to work with. I needed a last minute job and she made it happen. Unfortunately the work that was done was far below expectations. We had it done to list our home and with time ticking my husband and I had to do most of it ourself. I contacted Charlene and she was very apologetic, offered to send someone out the following week, but we needed it ready for photos sooner. She offered a clean out move when we finally sell and vacate. That was a great option as I was not looking for a refund, I really just wanted what I paid for. I gave her a tentative date. But when I went to change the date I received no response. Days passed, I tried calling and someone answered and hung up 3 times. I text her hoping there was just a service issue and not intentional. Received no response. A few days later I text her to tell her I was going to have to hire someone else since I was not hearing back. Which I ended up doing last week. And still to this day there is no response or attempt to contact me. I spent a LOT on this cleaning, and tipped very generously before I uncovered all of the things they missed. What started as a wonderful experience has now been a horrible one, and sadly I can not recommend a business like this.

I had the best experience with a cleaning service that I have ever had. My wife and I have moved all over AZ and we always try and find a new cleaning service, but Mops N Buckets was by far the best! First of all the customer service was great, I had a specific cleaning that I needed. So I sent pictures expecting just the normal responses, but she was overwhelmingly kind and was a pleasure to talk too! Moreover, I was requesting a cleaning for the NEXT day which also happened to be a Saturday. Despite the late notice and the work on the weekend, she was there right on time and did a phenomenal job on the house! Beyond that she was just fun, I played music in the house and we had a few great conversations! Overall perfect experience and I would recommend this company to anybody that needs cleaning done!

I thought they were very nice and I was very dissappointed that they had every opportunity to rectify this situation and I feel very taken advantage of because they promised four people, only two showed up for the 3-4 hour job and they did not do quality work.

They were hired for a deep cleaning and earned every penny of the charges. They showed up on time, got right to work, and completed everything in a timely manner. Have to say that my kitchen appliances never looked so good! There were some stains in one toilet, that I could never get out all the way and Charlene's team member got it cleaned (something our previous cleaners were not able to do either). We were pleased enough to have them come back for recurrent cleaning.

I have had maids over the years decent but Mop and Buckets is by far the best I have ever hired. They pay attention to what you want and pay great detail to their work. Charlene the owner is very professional and very personable. When I walked into my house it smelled so clean. I highly recommend this company. Also they are very gentle around pets, in fact I have a Siamese who doesn't care for strangers. Charlene learned all the cats names. The Siamese truly liked her followed her around. If you know Siamese this is the highest praise that can be given
